White subway tile became popular in bathrooms and kitchens during the 1920s, usually as backsplashes or wainscoting, but also as walls and flooring. It is still a popular style in today's homes. Here is a vintage globe patterned after that style and sized for kitchen and baths of their day so they are the perfect size for Bungalows or cottages. A great combination if you have subway tile of any color.
Shown on a vintage toothed ring white porcelain socket. They also look great on polished or brushed nickel, which are also available new.
We have a few of the vintage subway globes available and a couple of the white porcelain fitters which are shown.
