Item Code: CEI20150424002c
Sold
Year : 1920-1930
ON HOLD
3rd of 4 shades with matching shape to the glass. All 4 have slightly different color to the painted rings on the glass and all have a slight iridescence treatment to their surface. (Iridescence is created by putting iridium into a kiln with the glass and firing it) This one (c) has light green rings, almost identical to the other shade with light green rings only this one does not have a ring on the bottom, which the other light green one does. The glass has a slight green tint to it when the light is turned off but has a wonderful warm yellow glow when lit. Image colors are pretty accurate. Lit with 15 watt bulbs in the pictures which do photograph a bit warmer than a higher wattage bulb would look in person. This is very high quality glass.
We have 4 matching of the high quality solid brass painted vintage ceiling mounts shown in the images, signed by Beardslee of Chicago. Their logo is a B inside a Fleur de Lei, see image.
Fitter can be painted a different color or can be placed on a pole mount or chain if longer drop is needed. Polished nickel or brushed nickel also available. Change to nickel fitters will be charged at our cost only.
75 watt bulb maximum.
Height: 10 inches.
Width of glass: 9 inches.
Width of ceiling canopy at ceiling: 8 inches
