Wonderful feminine curves, with a backbone, are the standout features on this set of French made Mid Century sconces. At 21 inches high they are also are a commanding presence in any room they care to occupy.
Polished aluminum frame is heavy and well made. Adorned with a necklace of pearl shaped copper rivets and topped with a curved, undulating acrylic shade. The sconces sit proud of the wall by about 1/2 inch allowing a nice shadow accenting the body. (Another reason why fixtures should always be show lit)
Inviting as a chalice with a hint of danger in the sharp serpentine tail.
Low wattage bulbs used when taking the pictures cause the shade to show warmer than how it looks in person.
