Holophane shades are known for their incredible clarity and shine. They sparkle when lit like no other, probably one reason Holophane is still in business today. They have ribs all along the inside and outside with bands of wavy rings on the inside upper third of each shade. Holophane was the industry leader on light refracting technology and each rib of glass is precisely place to disperse the light in exactly the manner wanted.
These antique shades, as shown, have a 12 inch drop on a new polished nickel fitter. These can be put on a chain or pole if longer drop is needed. Signed Holophane around their neck.
Great way to light up a kitchen or bath.
