Two very nice ceiling pendants from the 1920s which would have been seen in Department store, drug stores, or school houses in their day. Shown on new nickel fitters. There are two pieces of glass on each pendant, the milk glass uppers and a removable bottom crystal lens which is easily removed to accesses the light bulb. The bottom crystal lens slides up into the milk glass section by two notches in the bottom of the milk glass. These bottom pieces are designed to focus the light downward, lighting up a kitchen island or counter.
The glass section on these are almost 13 inches across and 12 inches high, large enough to handle a 250 watt light bulb. Total drop as shown is 28 inches. |
